In a letter dated 08 Sept 2022 (and received in our office on 16 Sept 2022 via USPS mail), Vulcan Materials Company announced its aggregate pricing for 2023 (and it’s a doozy) – 15-20% increases across the board! The price increase goes into effect 01 Jan 2023.

• Manufactured Sand: 15%
• Base Stone: 15%
• Natural Stone 20%
• Gravel 20%

Want to lock in lower prices for projects starting before the price increase goes into effect? Think again. The letter also stated that any quotes issued by Vulcan after 15 Sept 2022 would be bid with a 15% increase on top of existing prices! A no-notice increase!
